French Tradition
Savory Crêpes (Galettes)
Made with buckwheat flour (farine de sarrasin), naturally gluten-free by ingredient.
These delicate galettes are filled with cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, soft egg, smoked salmon, and crème fraîche.
Sweet Crêpes (Crêpes Sucrées)
Made with wheat flour and finished with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, melted chocolate, hazelnut spread, preserves, syrups — or a scoop of ice cream or Chantilly cream for true indulgence.
Whether sweet or savory, every crêpe is mixed fresh daily.
Waffles
Chef Christophe prepares two different Belgian waffle styles, each with a distinct personality:
Brussels-Style Belgian Waffles
Light, airy, and crisp — made from a traditional batter.
These waffles are tall, golden, and elegant in structure, perfect for refined toppings like fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or Chantilly.
Think of them as the classic café waffle.
Liège Waffles (Gaufres de Liège)
Soft, rich, and slightly chewy — made from a yeasted dough.
They contain Belgian pearl sugar, which melts and caramelizes on the iron, creating delicate golden crunchy pockets of sweetness.
This is the famous street-waffle of Belgium, delicious even on its own.
